Australia Post have implemented additional measures with their delivery drivers, posties and Post Office staff for delivery or collection of parcels.
To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery and/or collection.
Australia Post are seeing an uplift in parcels that is resulting in some delays in their network.
The current reduction in domestic flights has seen delays begin to occur in their domestic deliveries – particularly in the Express Post Network.
