Greg Clissold I did not want the sports lid and took McRae to place the order for the flip lid. Waited the best part of two weeks for delivery (I get other deliveries from WA in two business days and the wrong product is delivered.
This is the last time I will order any onya products.

I checked your order, and you actually did order the the Sports Lids you received. We would have been more than happy to replace the lids had you contacted us with the problem.
Your order was placed on 3 February and fulfilled and sent the same day from our warehouse in WA. It was delivered on 10 February. Unfortunately we have no control over the amount of time Australia Post takes to deliver the orders once they received them.

Pauline I wanted to buy a new top for my bottle but I ordered the wrong one,
I wanted the one with the straw but I ordered the wrong one.
it seems to me I do this all the time
I don't blame anyone but 'what going on with me.
your product is great strong and work beautifully so I we keep it.

Julie A Goff I have been trying to contact you, but neither your chat nor your email works! I am sure I ordered the flip and flow bottles I got the Sports lid instead. The flip and flow lids are now out of stock, and I'm trying to find out when they will be back in stock? I would really appreciate your help.

Thank you for reaching out. I’ve checked your invoice and it looks like the Sports lid was the one selected at checkout, rather than the Flip and Flow lid.
I completely understand the frustration, especially with the Flip and Flow lids currently being out of stock. We want all our customers to be happy, so I’d be glad to arrange a refund for the lid if you’d like to return it.

LZ Ordered & paid for it on 28/07, didn’t receive it. So, contacted Onya 8/08 via Chat portal & they apologised & said will resend asap. Now 10 days later & still no lid. WT! They r very scattered in their actions & communications. Not happy. Paid $7.00+ with postage etc & no lid delivery….Please attend to this Onya.
