I have been trying to contact you, but neither your chat nor your email works! I am sure I ordered the flip and flow bottles I got the Sports lid instead. The flip and flow lids are now out of stock, and I'm trying to find out when they will be back in stock? I would really appreciate your help.

Thank you for reaching out. I’ve checked your invoice and it looks like the Sports lid was the one selected at checkout, rather than the Flip and Flow lid.
I completely understand the frustration, especially with the Flip and Flow lids currently being out of stock. We want all our customers to be happy, so I’d be glad to arrange a refund for the lid if you’d like to return it.

Ordered & paid for it on 28/07, didn’t receive it. So, contacted Onya 8/08 via Chat portal & they apologised & said will resend asap. Now 10 days later & still no lid. WT! They r very scattered in their actions & communications. Not happy. Paid $7.00+ with postage etc & no lid delivery….Please attend to this Onya.

We bought 2. Both working well. Easy to use plus great not having to use straws.

I purchased the Screw Top Lids for drink bottles I was given. They are most better then the Flip and Flow Lids that came on the bottles, as there don't leak when lying down, like they used to.

So happy to have my purple water bottle back in action with the delivery of a new flip top. My original one has lasted several years but had recently sustained severe damage in the Canadian winter. Thankfully the new one is just as practical as the last and I can resume being able to sip without having to tip the bottle, perfect when driving!
